Austen Saunders is a Manager in the SMSF Accounting team, having joined the firm in 2018 as part of its internship program. He quickly progressed from Assistant Accountant to his current role, where he now manages the accounting, administration, and compliance for a portfolio of self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) clients.

Known for his approachable manner and attention to detail, Austen works closely with his clients, particularly those nearing or in retirement who are looking to take greater control of their superannuation. He takes pride in providing a high-quality, personalised service tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and long-term goals.

Austen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the Australian National University (ANU).

Outside of work, Austen is a keen film and television enthusiast, enjoys watching Rugby League, keeping active at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
