Having joined E&P in 2022, Caleb supports the development and implementation of the firm-wide ESG and sustainable investment capability. Prior to joining E&P, Caleb spent over eight years delivering innovative ESG and First Nations strategies within the property and investment management sectors, at both Lendlease and AMP Capital.

Caleb is a proud Wulli-Wulli Aboriginal man, and is involved in a variety of mentoring, volunteering, and directorship roles in his own time. Caleb is a Non-Executive Director for the Climate Action Network Australia (CANA), a member of the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute (ASFI) First Nations Reference Group, and a recent contributor the 2023 UNPFII EGM on “Indigenous Peoples in a Green Economy”.

Caleb holds a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Griffith University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
