Jo-Lyne Lim is a Manager in the SMSF Accounting team, with over a decade of experience specialising in self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) compliance and administration. She began her career with E&P in 2012 as a Graduate Assistant Accountant, quickly progressing to manage her own portfolio of clients by 2014.

Jo-Lyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of Australia’s superannuation landscape and works closely with clients to help them navigate complex and evolving regulations. Her approach is collaborative and proactive – often working in tandem with Investment Advisors to implement strategies that align with each client’s goals.

Beyond her client work, Jo-Lyne plays an important role in mentoring junior staff, providing training and support to help them build their technical skills and grow their understanding of superannuation legislation. She finds great satisfaction in both client education and staff development, and she’s passionate about delivering clear, practical advice.

Outside of work, Jo-Lyne enjoys cooking and practicing aerial yoga.
