Kristina Shanker joined E&P in 2010 as a graduate accountant and is now Managing Director, responsible for managing the national SMSF Accounting team. She also works directly with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their fund administration, compliance and accounting needs are met, while equipping them with the information they need to make informed financial decisions.

Kristina enjoys working with people above all else. Whether that’s building long-term relationships with clients or supporting her team’s professional development. She is proud of the career she has built at E&P and the trust she has developed with clients, who know she is always available to answer questions and provide guidance.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Chartered Accountant, CA SMSF Specialist and registered Tax Agent.

Outside of work, Kristina spends most of her time with her three young boys, often outdoors or playing sports together. She also enjoys baking, discovering new restaurants, and doing jigsaw puzzles.
