Lester Lagasca is a Director in the SMSF Accounting team at E&P, with more than 15 years of experience in the self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) sector. Since joining the firm in 2007, Lester has progressed from an SMSF assistant accountant to his current leadership role, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of over 300 clients.

Lester holds multiple qualifications, including a CA SMSF Specialist accreditation, a Master of Finance, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. His comprehensive knowledge of the superannuation landscape, combined with a strong technical background, allows him to provide exceptional service to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of SMSF accounting and compliance.

A key aspect of Lester’s role is client engagement. He takes pride in building long-term relationships with his clients, some of whom he has worked with for over 15 years. He is deeply committed to delivering a high level of personalised service and enjoys helping individuals and families manage their SMSFs with confidence.

Outside of work, Lester enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for travel, visiting a new country each year to explore different cultures and experiences.
