Lucy joined the Private Wealth team in 2015 and as an investment adviser, she is responsible for managing portfolios on behalf of families as well as a number of not-for-profit organisations. She works closely with her clients to design a long-term investment strategy aligned to their goals, then leads its execution end-to-end, giving clients a single, trusted point of accountability for their wealth.

Lucy is also a regular contributor to outlets including Bloomberg and the ABC. In 2025, Lucy was named as a finalist in the Women in Banking and Finance Award for Achievement in Private Wealth.

Lucy graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of International and Global Studies and holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Lucy has completed postgraduate accreditations in Foreign Exchange and Derivatives and passed the FASEA Financial Adviser Exam in November 2020. Lucy sits on the Board and Investment Committee of the Winifred West Schools Foundation.
