Ryan Maxwell joined E&P in 2008 and is Executive Director and Head of the Canberra SMSF Accounting Team. He manages both the Canberra team and a portfolio of SMSF clients, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service.

Ryan enjoys working closely with clients to help them plan for retirement, offering clear, practical guidance to support their financial goals. He is also proud of his long tenure with the firm and values the opportunity to mentor and support his team’s professional growth.

Outside of work, Ryan spends time with his wife and two young daughters, enjoying bike rides, swimming lessons, and family trips to the coast. A passionate sports fan, he follows rugby league, cricket, American football, and basketball.
