Tara McCarthy began her career in 2018, joining E&P as an assistant accountant through an internship. Her dedication and capability quickly earned her a permanent role, and she has since progressed to her current position as Account Manager.

Holding a Bachelor of Accounting and accreditation as a CPA, Tara is proud of both the quality of her work and her steady career development. She enjoys working with a diverse client base and is committed to building strong relationships through open communication, clear understanding of client goals, and ongoing support.

Outside of work, Tara loves cooking, caring for her houseplants, and spending time with family and friends. She and her partner also share their home with a rescue greyhound, Zucchini.
