Our sustainable investing framework is overseen by our in-house ESG specialist, William Hart. As Director of ESG, Will is responsible for the development, oversight and execution of the firm’s ESG capability. Will has extensive experience in the integration of ESG within investment frameworks, regularly assisting high-net-worth individuals, not-for-profit and foundation boards on the implementation of sustainable investing principles within their own investment portfolios.

Having joined the business in 2013, Will has more than 10 years’ experience within finance and management, having previously held roles across asset management, capital markets and investment research. Most recently Will worked as a portfolio manager, responsible for a large-cap equity strategy focused on ESG leaders within the domestic market.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in addition to a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, graduating each with high distinction.
